What happens after the trial?

The plugin stops processing audio after 10 days. Your snapshots, presets, and settings are preserved. Buy a license and everything is restored instantly.

How many machines can I use?

Each license activates on 2 machines. You can deactivate a machine from your account to free up a seat.

Is it a subscription?

No. The license is perpetual — you own it forever. Updates are included for 1 year (or 2 years with the extended plan). After that, the plugin keeps working; you just won’t receive new versions unless you renew.

Do I need an API key?

For cloud AI providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, Groq): yes, you bring your own API key. For Ollama: no — it runs locally, completely free.

Can I use it in MCP-only mode without an API key?

Yes. MCP mode is the default. Claude Desktop or any MCP client controls SYNAPSE directly — no API key configured in the plugin is needed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We use Paddle as our payment processor. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all supported. VAT is handled automatically.
